
At Eighty Nine – A table worth gathering around
On 26 January 2026, Eighty Nine opens its doors and invites guests to gather, to share, and to linger.
Rooted in the spirit of Levantine cuisine, the experience is shaped by honest ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship, and the joy of eating together.
Here, the table is the centre of it all. Dishes are placed in the middle, meant to be shared – passed around, tasted together, and enjoyed without rules. It’s about leaning in, reaching across the table, and simply digging in.
In the kitchen, Chef Philipp Grosser cooks with instinct and intention, creating food that feels generous, vibrant and alive at the table. Restaurant Manager Ran Hoch shapes the flow of the evening with warmth and ease, setting a tone that feels welcoming, personal and quietly celebratory.
Eighty Nine is a place for long evenings and shared plates. For conversations that stretch, glasses that clink, and moments worth remembering. A space where food becomes a reason to connect and connection becomes the heart of the experience.
